All sale items are final sale, If you have any questions about whether an item is part of a sale or not, please reach out to our customer service team. 

All contemporary jewelry, accessories, handbags and upcycled accesories that are full price have a 14-day exchange/store credit policy. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. 

Once your order is placed, it is processed within 24 hours. The shipping time will depend on the shipped method you choose at checkout and where your location is, however most items arrive within 5-7 days. 

There’s nothing more unique that a one-of-a-kind gift! Once you proceed to checkout, leave us a note in the Additional Notes section, and we promise to make it extra special. 

Yes, absolutely! Please choose "pickup in store" at checkout. Please note if an item is located in a different store than your pickup location, please allow up to a week to transfer to the proper pickup location. If you have any questions regarding this, please call one of our locations to inquire about our transfer schedule.

Yes! We ship international via DHL. 

We take the authentication process of our pre-owned and vintage pieces very seriously. Every piece we list goes through a rigorous multi point in house inspection and is pre-authenticated prior to listing. In addition, each piece is authenticated through our third party partner, Entrupy. Each handbag comes with a certificate of authenticity from Entrupy that has a 100% moneyback guarantee that your item is authentic.

Photographs for each listing are unique to the bag for sale that the customer will receive. Even if it is the exact same model, we will never re-use photos. Each pre-owned and vintage bag has it's own unique characteristics, and we are committed to showing the true beauty of each individual piece. 

All of our items come with a money-back guarantee on authenticity. That means that we are so confident in our products and our authentication processes in place, that we guarantee the authenticity of this item to the point where if you ever were to find it not authentic, we would refund the amount of your initial purchase price.

In order to technically consider something vintage, it must have a production date that’s at least twenty years old, and it cannot have been mass produced.

Each handbag has unique requirements on storage, however we always encourage the same general tip when preserving a vintage handbag:

- Keep the shape of the bag, stuffing it with acid-free tissue paper so your handbag retains its shape

- Tuck the shoulder strap inside of the bag as this can leave marks on the leather

- When storing your handbag, never pile it up with others, as they will become misshapen. For Chanel Classics, wrap any chains or straps with tissue paper, and store your handbag upright in its original pouch

- Always keep your bag in a dust cover and cool space. Avoid placing your handbag on the floor

- Keep light colored bags away from dark dyes and fabrics, as they can color transfer onto your designer piece

Please embrace and celebrate the unique character of each piece. To preserve your vintage jewelry for many decades to come, store it in the velour jewelry bag that came with your purchase. Keep it in a cool, dry location and when necessary, wipe down with a soft rag to remove any dust. Traditional jewelry cleaner can be used occasionally to enhance shine. Stay away from using anything with ammonia and do not immerse jewelry with stones into any type of liquid.

Lola Saratoga is not responsible for any shipments that are signed for or marked delivered. The customer is responsible for working with the shipping carrier to find their package. If a package is never marked as delivered, and goes missing, please allow up to 45 days for a complete investigation to be conducted.
